Shipping Within Australia
If you are located within Australia, we ship using Australia Post and Aramex, with full tracking available. Packages are posted within 24-48 hours, and take between 1-5 days for QLD, NSW and VIC customers, and 4-10 days for customers in W.A, N.T and S.A.
International Shipping
For international customers, we use DHL and Australia Post International.  You will receive a tracking number when your goods are dispatched, in which you can use to track your parcel.  Shipping usually takes between 3-14 days depending on your country.
You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Each country has different laws regarding custom and custom taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

– the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe;

– items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

Refunds are only allowed if items are faulty.
For change of mind, we offer an exchange credit note.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent with tracking.

Exchanging Your Item
Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…
  • Your item is the incorrect size
  • It doesn’t quite suit you
  • It’s not exactly what you thought it was, or
  • You’ve simply changed your mind?
No need to panic, if you aren’t completely happy with your order,  you can return it and we will issue you a Mr Palm Credit Voucher, to use within 6 months. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll have you smiling in no time.
To exchange an item, please post your item to: Parcel Locker 10290 38784, Shop 9, 13 Guineas Creek Rd, Elanora, Qld, 4223 – with your name and order number so we know who it’s from and where to email the credit voucher.
Do I have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
What if My Item is Faulty?
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email our customer service team at info@mrpalm.com.au  and attach a photo of the fault. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
