We are a licensed Online Clothing Store brand that sells exclusive men’s printed party shirts. We operate under the registered company ‘Mr Palm Pty Ltd.’

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

We use secure payment methods provided by Stripe.com which accepts Visa card and Master card.

You will be charged the amount on the checkout page, as per the items in your cart. Your details will be stored securely and encrypted through Stripe’s secure network. We also offer secure payments through Paypal and Afterpay.

The currency you will be charged is displayed clearly in the shopping checkout page. Your credit card/ debit card statement will display a charge by ‘MR PALM PTY LTD’.

When you checkout on our store, you will be charged the full amount of your selected product that is shown. Usually this amount is AUD, unless you switch the currency to USD.

Your transaction will be processed immediately after confirming your details, and an email with order confirmation will be sent to your provided email.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

– the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe;

– items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

Refunds are only allowed if items are faulty.

For change of mind,  we offer an exchange credit note. If you would like exchange your item, please contact us by email info@mrpalm.com.au to obtain the return address.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woo Commerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
